DESCRIPTION:Flyer (click here)\nSignup deadline is Sept 15th\nBelieve it or not\, it is that time of year to start the process of filling out your application for the Memorial Tournament\, which is a member/member or member/guest tournament. It is a two-man best ball. Some notes to remember:\n\n\n\nThe Memorial is scheduled for Tuesday\, September 26\, 2017 with the registration\, putting contest and horse race talking place on Monday\, September 25. The outline and times are included in the attached flyer.\nYour board has done a great job with the budget as the price has not changed. \nThe price is $75 for members\, $100 for guests and they must be males\,\nThe horse race is $20 per team.\nPlease feel free to send your check(s) in any format you choose\, but they must add up to $175 for the tournament and $195 if your are in the horse race. Both member’s totals would be $150 for tournament only or $170\, including the horse race.\nRegistration begins on Monday at 2:30 pm by the putting green where the putting context will take place.\nThe putting contest takes place on Monday\, starting at 2:30 pm with the finals scheduled for 4 pm.\nThe price of the putting contest is $5 per try and you may enter as many times as you wish. The $5 fee is paid on the day of t he event. Denny Wong will be handling the putting contest again. Thank you Denny!!\nThe horse race will begin at 4:30 pm with directions given at the starter’s area. The players will be divided in three equal groups. The winners of the three groups will meet at Hole #5 for the finals\, which will be a two-hole playoff.\nThe breakfast will be held on the day of the event and we have been able to secure the bar area for seating to enjoy the breakfast. The food will be served just outside.\nThe tournament will begin at 8 am.\nThe bar will open at 6 pm that night with dinner served at 7 pm and awards will follow.\nWe plan on seating each 4-some with their wives/significant others at a table and there will be some tables with sponsors intermingled\, so those table will have 10 seats.\nAll of the payouts are included in the flyer.\n\n\nPlease fill outage entire application correctly. This includes the choice of dinner for each player and their wife-significant other.\nPlease leave your check(s) and application form in the mens club box in the pro shop. You can either sign yourself and your partner up or you can go into the Pro Shop and place your name on the list\, PLEASE PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL THE INDIVIDUAL IF YOU SEE A NAME ON THE LIST.  INTRODUCE YOURSELF AND ASK THEM IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO PLAY IN THE TWO-MAN SCRAMBLE. THEN YOU CAN SIGN THE BOTH OF YOU UP CORRECTLY. MAKE SURE AND CROSS OFF THAT PERSON’S NAME SO THE NEXT PERSON REALIZES THAT INDIVIDUAL HAS FOUND A PARTNER. THE PROCESS  CAN START AGAIN. THE ONLY EXCEPTION WOULD BE IF THE PERSON THAT IS ON THE LIST WANTS TO PLAY A DIFFERENT TEE THAN THE ONE YOU WANT TO PLAY.\n \nIt was completely my fault for not reviewing the list\, but I got a message from a person looking for someone to be his partner. I guessed wrong that the list had no names on it.\n\nIf you are the first person on the list\, maybe check the list to see who else has signed up\, but this list allows members to meet new friends.\n\nAlso\, if you sign yourself up and under your Partner’s Information\, you list phony information like sign me up with someone and just write in numbers\, you will not be assigned a partner. If time allows\, I will email you and tell you that this is not allowed. DESCRIPTION:Signup deadline is May 23rd\nPresident’s Cup Match Play Championship \nStarting May 30\, 2017 \nThe format is match play starting on Tuesday\, May 30. After that the players will have 7 days to complete their next match until the tournament is done.  \nDO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE GOING ON VACATION DURING JUNE. \nThe number of brackets/flights will be determined by number of entries. Brackets will set up by handicaps as of May 15\, but each player will use their current handicap for their matches.  An open bracket (scratch) will be set up if we have 8 or more entries. The open final would be two days with a round on each of the two courses. If there are not enough entries for an open bracket\, those players will be placed in the appropriate flight. \nNOTE CHANGE: The winners of each flight will conclude the event.
