SUMMARY:Annual Member-Guest Invitational - Various 2-Man Formats
DESCRIPTION:August 8th update: Due to some unforeseen communications issues\, we are sorry to announce that guests of Summit Members will be charged $50 green fees to play at the Tuesday September 12 event.  Those who have already registered have been sent an email explaining their payment options. \nWe have confirmed that those with valid coupons for green fees\, or those who purchased punch cards may apply those for green fees.  For those that use coupons\, after registering on-line\, pleases place the coupons in an envelope and drop off in the Men’s Club drawer in the Pro Shop. \nThe Men’s Golf Club of Lincoln Hills is scheduling what promises to be a very fun Member/Guest event on September 11th & 12th.  We will have a Putting Contest and Horse Race on the 11th and the tournament on the 12th.  The event is reasonably priced and includes breakfast and lunch\, a packet with gift certificates for the Pro Shop\, and an opportunity to win prizes. \nMonday\, Sep 11th:  Putting Contest and Horse Race \n\n2:00 PM:  Putting Contest to be held on the practice putting green. No Charge. This will be run by Teaching Pro Steve Treadway.\n4:00 PM Horse Race to be held on the Orchard Course.  $40 per team buy-in.  No green fee charges.  Mack Tucker will run the Horse Race. A beverage cart will be available.\nWinners of both the Putting Contest & Horse Race will be paid in cash.​\n\nTuesday\, Sep 12th:  Tournament\, plus Breakfast\, Lunch\, & Awards \n\n7:00 AM:  Continental Breakfast provided on the deck behind the Pro Shop\n8:00 AM:  Tournament Shotgun Start.  Range balls will be provided.  The tournament will be a 6-6-6 format.\n12:30 PM:  Lunch and awards ceremony.\n\nOn-Line Registration: \nAll players including guests must have current GHIN numbers to play.  This is necessary due to prize money being awarded.  Guests cannot be members of MGCLH. \n\nRegistration Fee:  $200 per team\nGreen Fees:  (Updated 8/8/23) Summit Members are free.  All other Members and Guests are $50 each.  For those using coupons\, after registering on-line\, please place the coupons in an envelope and place in the Men’s Club drawer in the Pro Shop.\nPutting Contest:  Free\nHorse Race:  $40/team\n\nRegistration Packet:  All teams will receive two $50 gift certificates good for redemption towards merchandise in the pro shop.  Must be used on the day of the tournament.  Two drink tokens will also be provided\, to be used at the lunch. \nThe Deadline for Online sign-up is August 28. \nClick here TO_REGISTER for the event. \nLooking forward to a great turnout.
