Course Care Initiative
I know we are all concerned about the condition of our course – especially the fairways and greens. In order to be a part of the solution, your Men’s Club Board of Directors is asking our members voluntarily to participate in filling fairway divots and fixing ball marks on the greens.
This initiative will begin with our June tournament. We will put out another email blast to make sure everyone has received the message. Carts will be released 15 minutes early in order to fill divots or repair ball marks. A schedule will be created so you know what hole you are supposed to sand or which green you ae to repair. Based on the schedule below, players start at the green on the hole from which you are to tee off and work backwards to your tee – filling divots as you move backward to the tee. Please make sure your sand bottles are full. At the tee, there will be buckets to re-fill your bottles so you can sand divots as you play. On the greens, please fix your ball mark and two others.
